The Apple Festival is our largest fundraiser, attracting up to 25,000 people each year! |
Our first Apple Festival started out small, and was entirely planned in approximately seven weeks. We made candy apples that melted before we sold them, we ran out of food, and it got dark before the end of the Apple Festival. We learned a lot that first year, and have made many changes over the years. We now start planning for the next year as soon as we get done with the current year festival. If you have any ideas, please share them with us. |

In 1998, we realized we are no longer able to do everything ourselves, so we invited local non-profit service organizations and churches to sponsor their own booth during the festival.
In 2009, we asked the Red Storm Softball Team to run the main food booth. This helps free up our members to work on other areas of the festival. We are adding more food vendors for 2012, so please e-mail us if you’re interested in joining us. |

Our festival features lots of crafts, free entertainment and demonstrations, amusement rides, games, a variety of food, and fun for the entire family. If you would like to view more Apple Festival photos, please click here. Watch our TV video here (coming soon). |
Area non-profit organizations are encouraged to participate by having a booth of their own. If you are interested in joining the fun, please e-mail us. We are always looking for new ideas!
Our Festival is always held on the last full weekend in September, so mark us on your calendar for September 29th and 30th, 2012. Click here for directions to the Festival, or call 315-675-8232 for more information.
